Job Description:
1. Support in coordination, planning, and deployment of the training plan.
2. Update training management tools and manage training documentation in the area.
3. Provide HR internal communication support on training and development topics.
4. Assist in the development of presentations, information, indicators, and reports.
5. Help in updating HR department databases.
6. Manage internships and scholarships (verification of agreements, documentation, etc.).
7. Cooperate with the Finance Dept. on HR topics.
8. Support HR department staff in filing documentation, receiving calls, employee support, and preparation of documentation.
