Wholesale Account Manager - Zona Sur (staffed)
In this position, you will be responsible for direct contact with wholesale accounts, ensuring the high quality of our business, excellent brand image, and visibility in their stores.
You will be responsible for the best possible execution of the trade marketing calendars, in full alignment with your head office recommendations to achieve and, wherever possible, exceed sales targets.
Developing action plans to increase sales, address problem areas, and identify ways to increase sales through analysis of stores' business sales reports is essential.
Ensuring a good relationship and collaboration with the team and partner accounts is crucial.
* Ensure the highest standards of visual merchandising and presentation in line with pre-determined company initiatives are maintained at all points of sale.
* Train and motivate store team members to achieve the highest standards of our Brand Awareness.
* Coordinate and implement store events and promotional calendars.
* Visit stores and manage: visual merchandising, training, and sell-out.
* Be the brand ambassador of Rituals in the field.
* Support sales during peak times.
* Manage stock effectively to minimize losses through control of testers and store damages.
Minimum Requirements
* About 2 years of experience in managing teams.
* High communication skills.
* High capability of planning and organization to develop the commercial plan.
* Availability to travel almost 80% of the time.
* Languages: High level of English and Spanish.
