We are looking for a skilled and passionate Pizza Maker to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating delicious, high-quality pizzas in a fast-paced environment, ensuring that all customers have a delightful dining experience at our resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and resort standards.
Manage and operate pizza ovens, ensuring proper cooking times and temperatures.
Prepare pizza dough, sauces, and various toppings.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Monitor food stock levels and place orders when necessary.
Collaborate with the kitchen team to meet guest demands and maintain smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Pizza Maker or similar role in a high-volume restaurant or resort.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high standards of food quality.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Culinary training or relevant certification is a plus.
