We're seeking a highly skilled Energy Solutions Business Development Strategist to play a key role in shaping and executing pre-sales and sales strategies within the energy sector. This position involves leading and managing the pre-sales process while providing technical and consultative advice.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement pre-sales and sales strategies for specific solutions in the energy sector.
* Collaborate with sales teams to position energy solutions aligned with company strategy and customer needs.
Pre-Sales Project Leadership:
* Lead and manage the pre-sales process, from opportunity identification to proposal presentation.
* Oversee the creation of technical and commercial proposals.
Technical and Consultative Advice:
* Provide a consultative approach in customer interactions, demonstrating a deep understanding of energy solutions and their added value.
* Analyze and understand customers' technical needs to recommend customized solutions that optimize their energy operations.
Customer Relationship Management:
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers in the energy industry.
* Serve as the primary point of contact in the pre-sales process, ensuring seamless communication between the customer and internal teams.
Competitive and Market Analysis:
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and adjust pre-sales strategies.
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations in the energy sector, such as renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainability.

Recommended Experience and Qualifications:

* Experience: Over 15 years of experience in pre-sales, sales, or business development in the energy sector, preferably in strategic or leadership roles. Essential experience in the development/sale of engineering solutions/offers.
* Languages: English proficiency at C1 level.
* Location: Barcelona/Madrid.
