Responsibilities:
1. In charge of store operation management, including staffing, inventory management, customer service, and store display, to ensure operational efficiency and service quality and provide customers with satisfactory service experiences.
2. Responsible for the store P&L, monitor and analyze operational data, and adjust operation strategies in a timely manner to ensure the achievement of operating goals.
3. Manage and train the store operation team, formulate and implement training plans to improve the overall quality and service level of the team.
Requirements:
1. More than 2 years of store management experience in the mobile phone industry or consumer electronics industry would be preferred.
2. Fluently in both the local language and English, both orally and in writing.
3. With strong passion for retail, strong learning ability, excellent cooperation spirit, and a sense of ownership.
