Your role
As an Analytics & UX Expert, you will be part of the team responsible for leading and managing digitalization for sales and service operations. You will track concepts, report, analyze, and lead performance to optimize all applications implemented (dealer, fleet, internal). Additionally, you will plan and realize usability measures and develop user interfaces for respective applications.
Your tasks
* Implement tracking, including but not limited to tag coordination via Google Tag Manager and tracking parameter implementation
* Manage and configure Google Analytics accounts
* Define a tracking concept for all implemented applications (dealer, fleet, internal) based on key performance indicators
* Conduct in-depth analysis to understand visitor behavior and provide recommendations enabling decision-makers to make strategic decisions
* Deliver reports and build dashboards based on key figures to support stakeholders in decision-making.
* Manage the Consent Management Tool for cookies
* Handle budget management for specific analytics activities
* Coordinate and carry out qualitative and quantitative user research methods.
* Manage and operate UX/CX services and tools
* Analyze user behavior and synthesize findings with those from other research methods to improve product usability and guide design practice
* Rely on user-centered design methods to craft industry-leading user experiences from concept to execution for various marketing technology products
* Create user flows and wireframes to build user interface mockups and prototypes
* Support product owners and application managers in creating the right user stories
* Ensure activities are targeted to maximize effectiveness and contribute to the overall marketing & sales strategies
Required skills/experience/mindset
* Academic degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration or IT Management
* 3+ years of professional experience in eBusiness, Marketing, IT, Application Key User
* Process knowledge (business and IT in the area of sales and eBusiness)
* Broad analytics experience is essential
* Initial UX work is a plus;
willingness to learn UXis required
* Strong sense of responsibility, initiative, and self-motivation
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Experience in international and cross-functional projects
* Team player and willingness to work in virtual teams
* Fluent in English;
additional languages are a plus
* Willingness to travel
