The Opportunity
We are looking for a Senior Product Owner to help shape and deliver one of our new products together with our data and insights platform and healthcare ecosystem.
Responsibilities
1. Lead Sprint plannings with the development team.
2. Lead refinements with the development team in order to prepare sprint plannings.
3. Support Business Product Manager to process some customer requests and prioritize the discovery backlog.
4. Socialize top priority features and enablers with the development team in order to elicit early feedback and preparedness for the next PI, in line with the PI objectives.
5. Continuously ensure that the prepared backlog consists of items which maximize value whilst minimizing cost, requiring scoping correctly the features with input from architecture, security, development, and UX concerns.
6. Learn and fully understand all functionalities of the product.
7. Contribute as part of the Product Management Team to the preparation of the features/enablers backlog, ensuring preparedness for next PI(s).
8. Lead definition phase to build the delivery backlog.
9. Manage the requirements baseline for the product.
Skills
1. Experience working in agile methodologies. SAFe is a plus.
2. Ability to map customer needs to solution thinking mode.
3. Analytical skills, negotiation, experience in writing stories and/or technical requirements.
4. Comfortable in presenting and running demos of working software, and speaking to the functionalities from a user’s perspective.
5. Background in software development is a plus.
6. Background in laboratory workflows, healthcare, or biomedical engineering is a plus.
7. Fluent in English is mandatory and Spanish is highly recommended.
Tools
1. Experience working with Atlassian suite tools (JIRA, Confluence, Trello…)
2. Experience working with Design tools (Figma, Adobe XD,...)
3. Experience working with Collaborative tools (MIRO)
