Walking with purpose, delighting people with a playful, sustainable and responsible walking experience.Customer Operations Specialist USA marketThe position will handle B2B customers operations.ResponsabilitiesResponsible for managing accounts operations, routing orders according customer requirements, meeting delivery deadlines, handling delays, processing returns, etc.Responsible for EDI processes with the customers; communication follow-up, successful transmission between EDI and SAP, monitoring and improvements.Responsible for customer terms and conditions; follow-up, pricing, commercial agreements, special discounts, claims and differences.Orders management; VAS and special requirements.Logistics: ensure customer deliveries in a timely manner, arrange shipments to/from factories or warehouse, customs clearance supervision, etc.Credit Management; follow-up on payments, bank reconciliation, etc.Required University Degree in business administration or economics, marketing or similar.2-4 years within a multinational or international brand, in a similar position.Excellent analytical skills, service orientated and a team player. Passionate about technology and IT to improve the customer operations experience.Energetic and open minded.
