Mission
We are searching for the best talent to join our worldwide team to manage and process operational and business data, manage the architecture and maintenance of the Financial DataMart engine, lead the developments of the Data Transformation Office team, take requirements for different projects of the department, automate tasks, transform and digitalize processes, and elaborate dashboards and reports.
Main responsibilities
1. Elaboration of complex scripts to support the business.
2. Batch process management in Unix (Crontab).
3. Reporting Management.
4. Technical and functional documentation generation.
5. Promote cultural change towards a more innovative and dynamic financial area.
6. Creation of Scorecards.

Qualifications:
1. Academic background: Degree/Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
2. 4 years of proven working experience in related tasks.
3. Expertise in the creation, management, and maintenance of analytical DataMart.
4. Knowledge in Oracle database management and performance improvements.
5. High knowledge of technical tools for database processing and information management (SAS, Spark, Python, Tableau).
6. Team player with capability of working autonomously.
7. Transformation mindset, looking for excellence while being pragmatic, empathetic, and able to apply coaching strategies.
8. Problem-solver and decision-maker, demonstrating advanced analytical skills and aligning decisions with stakeholders.

1. Communication skills - Oral and Written.

- Experience in the Finance sector is a plus.
- Fluent level of English is a must. Any other European language is nice to have, specifically French.
