Control & Instrumental Engineer - Full Time - Burgos, Spain

We are looking for a Control & Instrumental Engineer to join our FE_Energy team in Spain.
Your main tasks and responsibilities:
1. Responsible for all design, processing, and supporting activities for the pre-sales.
2. Preparation and issue of C&I (Control & Instrumentation) related documentation including P&I (Piping & Instrumentation) Diagrams, wiring schematics, and control diagrams/narratives, together with the specification and requisition of electrical and C&I equipment, all in line with design, manufacture, and customer requirements.
3. Manage the specification of factored equipment and sub-contract services such as control & monitoring panels, application software, commissioning, and electrical, control, and instrumentation materials.
4. Applying cost-effective solutions and ensuring costs are controlled within estimates provided at the tendering stage.
5. Attend kick-off and order launch, design review, and HAZOP (Hazard & Operability Analysis) meetings with both clients & suppliers.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
1. HNC or equivalent in electrical/electronic engineering.
2. Knowledge of controls and instrumentation products.
3. Ideally experienced in all aspects of panel design, from initial tender through to on-site support.
4. Excellent IT skills and proficient CAD user, Siemens NX, AutoCAD &/or EPLAN preferred.
5. Relevant experience within related industry ideally Oil and Gas.
6. A flexible approach to work with excellent attention to detail skills.
7. A willingness to solve problems and improve processes.
8. Team player, hands-on approach, capable of building new relationships.
9. Flexibility and ability to adapt to change.
