The IT Operations Product Manager – POS will oversee the development and implementation of POS systems, ensuring they align with business objectives and IT capabilities. This role manages the entire product lifecycle, from planning to deployment.
Key Responsibilities :
* Planning : Define business initiatives for POS systems and present proposals for approval.
* Execution : Coordinate teams, resources, and vendors for POS system development and launch.
* Monitoring : Track project progress, prepare reports, and address issues with proposed solutions.
* Closure : Ensure smooth deployment and provide documentation for the implementation of POS solutions.
Required Skills :
* Strong knowledge of SAP-TMS / EMMA .
* Excellent organizational and project management skills.
* Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
Experience :
* 2-3 years in IT project management, specifically with POS systems.
* Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
