Responsibilities
* Lead the Customer Focus Team (CFT) and prioritize all team activities
* Serve as the primary customer contact for resolution management

* Track, trend, and report on customer metrics, including On-Time Delivery
* Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and communicate requirements internally

* Participate in MRB activities to resolve issues quickly
Qualifications
* Experience within electronics manufacturing services (EMS) or contract manufacturing (CM)
* Proven ability to lead projects and manage customer relationships
* Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
* Demonstrated leadership skills, including coaching and mentoring abilities
Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Business
Experience Requirements
* Experience in managing customer relationships in a complex environment
