Job Summary:
The Merchandise Manager is responsible for passionately overseeing the entire merchandise operation for The Pacha Group’s Retail Division, ensuring that the brand’s iconic fashion and accessories align with its vibrant Ibiza-inspired aesthetic, high-quality standards, and commercial success. This dynamic role involves buying, planning, inventory management, pricing, visual merchandising, and team leadership to maximize sales and enhance the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Takes a bold and disruptive approach to merchandising by expertly developing and implementing a powerhouse merchandise strategy aligned with the iconic Pacha Group brand.
* Manages stock levels, forecasts, and replenishment strategies to ensure optimal inventory control.
* Uses exceptional decision-making to oversee product selection, buying decisions, and fosters supplier relationships.
* Proactively conducts market analysis to identify trends, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning, ensuring The Pacha Group maintains its trailblazing status in the industry.
* Drives sales through pioneering merchandising strategies, promotions, and pricing.
* Monitors KPIs (sales, conversion rates, average basket size) and implements action plans for improvement.
* Develops visionary strategies for e-commerce and physical store performance, ensuring a seamless omnichannel experience.
* Passionately ensures stores and product displays are aligned with The Pacha Group’s luxury, bohemian aesthetic.
* Collaborates with marketing to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, and in-store experiences that are consistent with The Pacha Group’s unique style.
* Implements and maintains visual merchandising guidelines to enhance The Pacha Group’s legendary brand identity.
* Effortlessly leads, trains, and supports the merchandise and retail team to ensure exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
* Works closely with Pacha family members in the warehouse, finance, and procurement to ensure smooth inventory flow.
* Develops dynamic sales training programs for retail staff to enhance product knowledge and upselling techniques.
REQUISITOS MÍNIMOS
What We’re Looking For
* A bachelor's degree in fashion merchandising, business, or a related field is preferred.
* A proven track record of 3-5 years in a merchandise manager or retail buyer role within fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality brands.
* An unmatched understanding of retail trends, buying, and inventory planning.
* Experience with merchandise planning software and analytics.
* A strong knowledge of visual merchandising and brand positioning.
