Were currently a mid 7 figure brand with ambitions to reach 8 figures in 2025. We are seeking an Amazon Brand Manager to join our team and drive the growth of our Amazon business. Job Summary The Amazon Brand Manager will play a pivotal role in developing strategies, managing implementation, and driving growth on Amazon. This role requires a strong understanding of Amazon fundamentals such as CRO, SEO, C, and listing management, with proven experience in managing higher Average Order Value (AOV) products. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a strong background in Amazon marketing (including C management), an analytical mindset, and a track record of delivering significant revenue growth. This individual will work cross functionally with assistants and the leadership team to ensure the consistent execution of Amazon strategies and the achievement of business goals. Key Responsibilities Amazon Growth Strategy & Implementation Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, focusing on conversion rate optimization (CRO), SEO, and general listing improvements. Work closely with an assistant to execute growth plans, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. Collaborate with the graphic designer to develop new creative strategies for Amazon, ensuring visuals align with listing optimization best practices (e. g., new A+ content, main images, and storefront visuals). Create clear, actionable briefs for optimizations with detailed suggestions to share with the team. Continuously analyze Amazon data and trends to identify new opportunities for growth and optimization. Optimize and maintain the Amazon storefront to ensure a premium, cohesive brand experience that resonates with high AOV customers. C Management Oversee overall account daily, weekly, and monthly management. Optimize bids and budgets on a caign and product level. Conduct ongoing keyword research to discover new opportunities and optimize search terms. Track and expand keywords, ensuring effective performance. Launch and optimize caigns for existing products and new product launches. Perform creative testing for Sponsored Brands (SB, SBV) and Sponsored Display (SD) caigns. Develop and manage weekly and monthly reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as spend, sales, TACOS. Listing Management & Optimization Ensure all Amazon listings (titles, bullets, A+ content, images) are optimized, up to date, and consistent across all marketplaces. Work with the creative and content teams to ensure high quality visuals and messaging that resonate with higher AOV buyers. Conduct regular audits of listings to maintain accuracy, keyword relevancy, and compliance with Amazon guidelines.
