This department manages key processes such as talent acquisition, employee training and development, and performance management.
How Can You Help Us?
Support the strategy and manage the processes of Talent Acquisition, L&D, and Performance Management, ensuring streamlined processes and continuous improvement in alignment with organizational goals.
Your Main Responsibilities
1. Talent Attraction: Collaboration with the Talent Attraction strategy, comprehensive management of the selection processes, development of metrics, reporting for audits, and onboarding coordination.
2. Learning & Development: Collaboration with the L&D strategy, training logistics, management of documentation, and monitoring of training statistics.
3. Performance Management: Collaboration with the Performance Management strategy, administration of platforms, and monitoring of the performance evaluation process.
Skills and Competencies
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in Talent Management, preferably in international environments. English B2/C1 (Advanced Level). Proficiency in MS Office and digital platforms.
