Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the operation of Retail Management for POSM design, production, and retail deployment.
2. Conduct retail penetration analysis to ensure market coverage effectively penetrates the market.
3. Manage retail co-marketing campaigns, including roadshow activities, setup, ROI calculation, and implementation of seasonal campaigns to achieve sales objectives.
4. Field force management, including hiring, execution, KPI setting, and agency management.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Spanish is a must; English is preferred.
2. At least 3 years of experience in the complete operation of Retail Management, preferably in the consumer electronics product industry.
3. Proficient in data analysis and ROI calculation to ensure budget utilization for every campaign.
4. Ability to independently manage suppliers and negotiate with retailers.
5. Strong logical thinking, management, coordination, operational execution skills, learning ability, and stress resistance.
