We are seeking an experienced F&B Manager to join us in opening OKU Andalusia, our newest five-star resort on Spain’s Costa del Sol, just moments from Sotogrande.

‘OKU’ is derived from the Japanese spiritual and architectural concept meaning ‘inner space’. OKU Hotels is a boutique collection of soulfully-curated, laidback luxury hotels, created for the modern traveler. Meticulously designed sanctuaries are conceived with barefoot luxury, local connections and slow living at heart.
OKU Hotels is headquartered in London, with current properties operating in Ibiza and Kos, and a confirmed pipeline of hotels set to open in Turkey, Spain and the Maldives. OKU is targeting to own and/or operate a collection of over ten exquisite properties in new and captivating destinations worldwide, over the next five years.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE
1. Oversee the daily operations of all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars and room service.
2. Develop and implement service standards to enhance the guest experience.
3. Manage F&B budgets, control costs, and optimize revenue.
4. Lead, train, and motivate the F&B team to maintain high service standards.
5. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
6. Collaborate with the Executive Chef to curate innovative menus and ensure quality food offerings.
7. Handle guest feedback and resolve service-related issues promptly.
8. Monitor inventory, procurement, and supplier relationships.
9. Analyze performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
1. Passionate about hospitality and an enthusiastic demeanor, with a desire to represent the OKU philosophy in your professional environment.
2. Proven experience as a Food & Beverage Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury five-star hotel.
3. Strong knowledge of restaurant, bar, and F&B operations.
4. Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
5. Proficiency in F&B management software and POS systems.
6. Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus.
7. Previous Pre-Opening experience is a plus.

Technical Skills and Knowledge
1. Strong experience in financial planning, cost control, and revenue optimization.
2. Knowledge of food and beverage trends, pricing strategies, and menu planning while good familiarity with local regulations, sanitation standards, and risk management.
3. Skills in personalizing guest experiences and ensuring service excellence.
4. Ability to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and generate insights while using technology in modern F&B software, reservation systems, and digital ordering platforms.
