Tasks and Qualifications:
Perform assembly and maintenance of machinery, including preventive and corrective maintenance (alerts and repairs), safety inspections, machine commissioning, and delivery to clients. Provide technical and commercial advice to clients during technical assistance.
Main Responsibilities:
* Execute technical service work, performing preventive maintenance using established checklists for each machine model.
* Handle malfunction alerts and repairs, identifying deficiencies and notifying the client for direct repairs or budget approval.
* Supply spare parts by identifying needs and managing replenishment.
* Conduct safety tests on machines according to legal technical specifications.
* Assemble new machines, perform commissioning, and deliver them to clients.
* Prepare repair budgets and spare parts supply according to organizational guidelines.
Client Commercial Attention:
* Advise clients on all matters related to the machine and service: technical issues, spare parts, recommended and necessary repairs, etc.
* Be proactive in identifying sales opportunities for services, spare parts, new machines, and improvements to existing machines, informing the client and notifying their Technical Advisor and/or Area Manager.
Technical Assistance Reports:
* Prepare reports according to organizational guidelines regarding daily transmission, client signature, assistance type coding, identification of used spare parts, etc.
Management of Technical Means and Assigned Materials:
* Correct use and care of assigned materials such as workshop vehicle, notebook, phone, tools, spare parts inventory, etc.
Education, Knowledge & Experience:
* Education in Medium or Higher Vocational Training (Mechatronics or similar).
* Experience in the sector as a maintenance/repair technician for forklifts (or similar sector), of at least 3 years.
* Knowledge of MS Office.
* Ability to work independently.
* Continuous learning and updating of technical knowledge.
* Teamwork and coordination with other departments.
* Responsibility and commitment to quality work.
