The Technical Consultant is the technical reference for ourcustomers and he is responsible for technical advising on NCR products, collecting user requirements, functional specifications analysis, technical documentation, testing activities, software release and installation package, deeper problem determination and resolution.
It’s a combined position of SME, QA, Advanced support and BA for various NCR product, with special focus on Self Checkoutand POS solutions.
This role is one of the highest technical roles within NCR PS and requires a combination of qualities that will enable a successful candidate to work end-to-end to deliver projects, support customer needs and business and technical initiatives at the industry and with customers.
