Mission
Assist the store manager in the commercial development of the store, maintaining respect for brand image and customer experience within the store.
Main Activities
1. Develop the store sales turnover by implementing Hogan sales policy within the store.
2. Set sales objectives and periodically analyze the results achieved.
3. Implement a selling ceremony in accordance with Brand guidelines.
4. Highlight the store's products according to the brand's visual policy in collaboration with the visual merchandising department.
5. Establish CRM actions to develop the customer database.
6. Coordinate Trade marketing events.
7. Analyze sales reports and customer feedback.
8. Propose action plans to exceed set objectives and increase sales turnover.
9. Check invoicing and compliance with collection procedures.
10. Ensure good stock management: control of restocking, participation in inventory organization, and control of discrepancies.
11. Team Management:
* Participate in the organization of store activity: planning, determining collective and individual actions.
* Support and organize communication to store staff: lead daily briefings and other meetings, set and monitor individual goals, identify areas for improvement.
* Participate in the integration of new employees: training in processes and procedures, various trainings, etc.
* Contribute to the motivation of the sales team: evaluate employees and ensure follow-up of development actions.
12. Ensure Brand Image:
* Ensure the store is perfectly displayed while respecting the visual identity of the Brand and the company's commercial policy.
* Ensure compliance with customer service guidelines: post-sales service management, customer requests, etc.
* Ensure compliance with operating rules and procedures within the store.
Profile
Experience: 3-4 years of store experience, 2 years minimum of team management experience.
