International dermocosmetic company, B Corp certified, is looking for a SALES AREA MANAGER (ORAL CARE) in Madrid. Reporting to the National Sales Manager, he/she will take on the following challenges:
1. Leadership of a medical sales team.
2. Adapting the national strategy and implementing it at regional level.
3. Developing long-lasting relationships with doctors in the area, raising their level of commitment to the brand.
4. Market analysis and monitoring KPI's in the region to identify areas for improvement and business opportunities.
5. Development of new initiatives to help accelerate business in the region.
Requirements:
* Analytical; Communication and interpersonal skills; Leadership, and team coordination skills; Impact and influence capacity.
* Autonomous and proactive person.
* Customer and Business orientation.
Education: University degree, preferably in Economics, Business Administration, or Life Sciences.
Languages: Spanish and B2 English minimum.
Experience: At least 4 years' experience in Sales functions, in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or FMCG sector, leading teams. Experience in oral care products will be an advantage.
IT: Proficiency in Excel. Willingness to travel in the area. Driving license.
