Your role:
From our headquarters in Barcelona, we are looking for a Key Account Manager to oversee the distribution of Oakley and Bliz in strategic accounts across Spain. This role will be responsible for sales and the 360º management of the client portfolio. The main product categories under his/her responsibility include sunglasses, goggles, helmets, apparel, and accessories.
Main responsibilities:
* Manage the client portfolio at a national level, ensuring business growth and the achievement of sales objectives.
* Develop commercial strategies to maximize sales opportunities and increase brand penetration in the market.
* Negotiate commercial agreements and define sales conditions aligned with corporate strategies.
* Monitor sales performance and analyze market data to identify growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Trade Marketing, Customer Service) to ensure efficient customer service and proper brand positioning.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a reference point for strategic and operational needs.
* Manage the assigned budget and forecast to ensure effective resource planning.
* Define, together with the Marketing team, the 3-year brand implementation strategy and the different product categories.
Main requirements:
* Academic background: Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
* High proficiency in Spanish and English.
* Excel proficiency.
* 5 years of experience in sports/fashion apparel.
* Experience as a KAM for sports brands, negotiating and managing accounts at a national level.
* Strong analytical skills, proactivity, and excellent relational abilities.
* Willingness to travel within Spain and Europe.
* Desirable: Passion for sports.
* Driver’s license required.
