Main Responsibilities:
* Management of a portfolio of key sellers in the Home industry, including responsibility for GMV growth, negotiation at the C-level of the strategic plan, and execution of the growth strategy.
* Business development capability to convince relevant retailers and distributors to cooperate with Alibaba, owning the sales performance of a set of sellers. Prioritize seller growth based on market opportunity, product mix, and price advantage.
* Analyze user demand for commodities, enrich market supply, and formulate annual product promotion rhythms according to seasonality.
* Maintain positive relationships with key accounts in the portfolio.
* Provide guidance to key sellers within Alibaba platform operations, including marketing tools and advertising solutions.
* Negotiate product and price based on market demand.
* Systematically identify new business opportunities and implement strategies with sellers.
* Understand service metrics, content metrics, and marketplace dynamics for seller operations.
* Analyze the margin chain in the industry, pricing, and trends.
* Utilize analytical thinking for data handling and problem-solving.
* Provide technical guidance on integration methods between seller ERP systems and the marketplace.
* Conduct comprehensive analysis based on multi-dimensional data systems to make business choices that deliver KPI.
Job Requirements
* Full-time undergraduate degree or above, with at least 1 year as KAM in a marketplace or distributor/retailer/brand managing marketplace business. Experience in seller operation and platform operation is essential.
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Leadership capability in horizontal projects.
* Good communication skills and teamwork spirit.
* Strong ability in data processing and analysis, with Excel proficiency.
