As Performance Marketing Manager, you will:
* Develop, execute, and optimize paid acquisition caigns across Google Ads, Meta (Instagram), TikTok, etc..
* Manage a 15,000/month advertising budget across 15+ international markets, with a focus on Germany, France, Spain, the UK, and the US.
* Collaborate with internal teams to create high converting video content for ad caigns.
* Reinforce the marketing team by hiring, mentoring, and working closely with specialists in CRM, content, and email marketing.
* Own and improve performance metrics, ensuring strong ROAS and data driven decision making.
* Stay ahead of digital marketing trends to explore new acquisition channels and testing opportunities.
Who You Are
* 3+ years of hands on performance marketing experience (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok is a plus).
* Analytical & Data Driven you love tracking KPIs and optimizing for performance.
* Startup Mindset you take ownership, adapt quickly, and find creative solutions.
* Hands On & Proactive you dont wait for instructions, you drive initiatives forward.
* Content Savvy you understand what makes engaging ad creatives, especially video content.
