Junior Automation Operations Coordinator

YOUR ROLE
As the Junior Automation Operations Coordinator, you will support the day-to-day activities of the automation solutions within the production studios in Madrid and Barcelona. Working closely with senior team members, you will assist in maintaining efficient workflow processes, support technical updates, and provide guidance to colleagues on the use of new automation tools and technologies. You will also be responsible for monitoring production outputs and ensuring quality consistency across print, digital, and video projects.
This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, has a keen interest in automation technology, and is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
* Assist the Automation Operations Manager in coordinating daily studio tasks related to automated workflows across video, digital, and print projects.
* Support team members in adapting to and utilizing automation tools and technologies, ensuring best practice adherence.
* Help identify workflow inefficiencies and suggest improvements in collaboration with senior team members.
* Provide technical support and assist with troubleshooting issues related to automation systems.
* Foster positive relationships with colleagues in various departments to ensure smooth communication and project execution.
* Stay up to date with technological advancements and help implement new solutions within the studio environment.
REQUIRED SKILLS
* 1-2 years of experience in a publicity or media operations environment, ideally within an agency, production studio, or marketing consultancy.
* Familiarity with media operations workflows, including digital and print production, and understanding how publicity campaigns are executed across various channels.
* Knowledge of automation tools, Excel, and Adobe Suite.
* Strong organizational skills with an operational mindset, ensuring smooth execution of workflows and processes.
* Experience working with cross-functional teams to meet operational and creative goals.
* Proactive and results-driven attitude with a passion for efficiency and continuous improvement.
* Excellent communication skills in English.
* A collaborative team player, eager to learn and contribute to a fast-paced production environment.
