We're a Czech company leading in solar energy in Europe and Latin America.
Our power plants operate successfully in the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Cyprus, Romania, and Chile. We are headquartered in Prague and Santiago, but our company is rapidly expanding, with employees in Greece, France, Serbia, Spain, Romania, and Colombia.
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the construction of photovoltaic power plants across Europe, including countries such as Romania, Greece, France, and others. This pivotal role involves taking charge of projects from the "ready to build" phase, ensuring their successful delivery and operational excellence.
What will you do?
* Manage and oversee EPC projects (the construction of photovoltaic power plants from the "ready to build" phase to completion).
* Take over the Project from the development team to manage and execute the finalization of the Development process, smooth start of Engineering work, and go through the Procurement to Construction-commissioning phase and finish by Hand over procedure in compliance with the signed contracts.
* Project time schedule and project budget.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, procurement, and construction, to ensure project milestones are met.
* Monitoring of project quality on the basis of QAP.
* Relationship management – to be a partner of a plant investor/client: work progress updates, presence at the control days.
* Project risk analysis & opportunity management.
We need from you:
* Proven experience in EPC project management and executing site work.
* Experience in large scale solar (+20MWp) and BESS will be a plus.
* Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
* Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects across different European countries.
* Fluency in English; Spanish language is a plus.
* Willingness to travel across Europe as required (approximately 1 week in a month).
