Rentals Manager & Property Lister

We are one of the leading real estate agencies in Costa del Sol and we are looking for a responsible Rentals Manager & Property Lister to develop our new rentals department. This is primarily an office position, but it will be necessary to visit properties to be listed. As the rentals department develops, there will be more out-of-office tasks.
The place of work is in Sotomarket, Sotogrande. The working hours will be Tuesday to Saturday, from 11:00 to 19:00, but these hours/days are flexible as the person will be conducting check-ins and check-outs.
Key duties include:
1. Updating and uploading listings.
2. Handle and coordinate active calendars.
3. Schedule and confirm meetings.
4. Manage rental bookings.
5. Conduct check-ins and check-outs.
6. Coordinate the cleaning of the rental properties with cleaners.
7. Liaise with owners, buyers, agents, and other parties.
8. Call property owners to offer our sales services.
9. Take pictures of listed properties, prepare descriptions, and upload new listings.
Requirements:
1. Full proficiency in English and Spanish (both speaking and writing).
2. Excellent IT Skills, including full proficiency in MS Office (MS Word and Excel in particular).
3. Ability to learn quickly software such as CRM systems, internet property portals, photo editing tools like Photoshop, and video editing tools like Final Cut.
4. Attention to detail, especially regarding property descriptions and our database.
5. Organisational skills, with the ability to take ownership of key tasks and work in an organised manner.
6. Driving license and own vehicle is essential (there is no public transport to/from the office).
7. Languages additional to English and Spanish will be valued.
This position offers a permanent contract, full-time, with an initial salary of 1,500 € NET/month, plus a bonus on listed properties sold by the agency and an extra discretionary bonus based on rental performance.
