Teleperformance Spain is looking for Customer Service Representatives, eager to work for a leading Fashion Brand headquartered in Barcelona.
Responsibilities
* Receive incoming telephone calls from new and existing customers.
* Manage customers' orders, changes and returns of products and/or services to ensure timely and accurate product and service delivery.
* Provide an excellent customer service experience to clients through different contact channels, in order to enhance customer satisfaction, engagement and increase sales.

Candidate Profile
* Confident and enthusiastic.
* Ability to work well as part of a team as well as independently.
* Native level of Japanese.

* Well organised, reliable and thorough.
* Work permit required.

* 38.5 hours/week and night-shift schedule: from 1:00 to 9:00, from Monday to Friday.
* Salary: 18.071,30€ gross/year + night-shift bonus.
