Job Description:
The Service Delivery Manager Operational is responsible for overseeing service delivery and ensuring that systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
Responsibilities:
* Participate in services transition from an incumbent provider, ensuring successful knowledge transfers.
* Monitor, control, and support service delivery.
* Manage ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, and create reports within the platform.
* Master ITIL processes, including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management.
* Coordinate teams in different countries within Global Services.
* Take ownership of major incidents, ensuring effective communication to stakeholders and conducting post-incident reviews.
Qualifications:
Knowledge/Expertise:
* Technical background in Infrastructure, Workplace, and Service Desk Services.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience.
* English proficiency level of B2/C1.
Additional Requirements:
* Proactivity and teamwork.
* Ability to report work done and produce documents and reports.
* Open-minded to change and self-taught.
Training:
* Superior Technician in Management of Computer Systems or Computer Engineering degree.
* Experience of at least 10 years in the IT sector, with at least 5 years performing in the same role.
* Regulated technical certification in ITIL: at least ITIL Foundation.
