Currently, we are looking for a Junior IT Technical Support professional to work onsite in our Madrid offices, with experience in managing, maintaining, and supporting hardware and software to ensure the proper functioning of the company's technological infrastructure. The selected candidate will be responsible for installing, configuring, and updating equipment and systems, as well as providing on-site technical support to internal users.
Your responsibilities:
* Provide technical support to employees, resolving Level 1 and Level 2 incidents related to hardware and software.
* Install, configure, and maintain hardware (PCs, laptops, printers, network hardware, etc.).
* Update software, operating systems, and business applications.
* Document procedures, configurations, and technical solutions.
* Train users in best practices for using technological tools.
* Maintain and optimize the infrastructure of conference rooms, ensuring the seamless operation of Google Meet and related equipment.

MIN REQUIREMENTS:
Requirements:
* Intermediate to advanced English proficiency (mandatory, required for daily communication via phone and video conferences); other languages are a plus.
* Degree in IT-related studies or equivalent vocational training.
* Previous experience in Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, minimum of 1-2 years.
* Proficiency in Google Workspace and videoconferencing tools.
* Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems under MDM.
* Basic networking skills (DHCP, TCP/IP).
* Problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
* Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
* Experience with ticketing systems (not mandatory but a plus).
* Valid driver's license (Category B)
* Availability to travel nationally and internationally (not frequently).
