Responsibilities:
* Overseeing stock control in good out warehouse, processing orders, deliveries programs loading, customer deliveries.
* EDI daily correct integration.
* Customer claims coordination, evaluation, answering.
* Keeping stock control systems up-to-date and planning future finished good requirements.
* Ensuring quality, delivery and customer satisfaction are met (Q1).
* Liaising with third parties to move goods (by road, rail, air or sea) in accordance with customer requirements (shipments, confirmations…).
* Arranging transport for urgent and high-value freight and managing costs (customers).
* Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily and monthly basis, managing processes (ISO TS).
* Logistics protocol for customers.
* Providing logistics and supply chain management solutions.
* Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness, security of the work environment and 4 stock principles (VPS) in Warehouses.
Qualifications:
* University Degree or Technical School Degree.
* Automotive logistics experience minimum 2 years.
* Customer portals and communication systems.
* Spanish and English; a third European language would be appreciated (French or German).
