As Management Assistant Sales you will be the main pillar in the day-to-day management of the Experimentation and Development Centres located in El Ejido and Cartagena. Your main base will be in El Ejido, but you will also travel regularly to Cartagena. Your role will be essential to ensure the smooth running of both centres. In addition, you will be a key support in the management of events organised by the department, ensuring the success of all activities.
Your main responsibilities will be:
1. Daily management of the centres: material orders, coordination with catering, daily courier management, provisioning and delivery of PPE (EPI´s) to employees, supervision of the cleaning service.
2. Support to the commercial department in the organisation of events and promotional days.
3. Organisation and reception of visitors at the work centres (CED's).
4. Reception and attention to visitors.
5. Control of invoices and administrative procedures.
6. Preparation of meeting rooms.
7. Back up in the management of the department's tasks.
Minimum Requirements:
1. 2-5 years' experience in a similar position.
2. University degree (ADE, Marketing, Tourism, Secretarial) or equivalent qualifications.
3. C1 level of English.
4. Experience in event management and knowledge in social networks and digital communication is valuable.
