Responsibilities:
* Responsible for developing clients in Spain, building distribution networks, including agents, tier-2 key accounts, and OEM customers.
* Accountable for managing market funds, devising product and pricing strategies.
* Maintain market order, ensure partners' profitability. Optimize distributor system based on existing channel architecture. Act as a channel stockist to guarantee channel inventory supply.
* Formulate sales strategies based on company requirements, develop quarterly/annual targets and plans, improve marketing organization and management systems, allocate company resources reasonably, and ensure implementation of marketing strategies.
* Manage regional sell-in and sell-out effectively to ensure the accuracy of sales forecasting.
Job Requirements:
* Understanding of consumer product channel sales. Experience in 3C, home appliance, IoT industry channel sales is preferred.
* Strong sales skills, able to conduct sales activities such as customer pre-booking, visits, and targeting key customers. Experience in exploring untapped markets and channel management is preferred.
* Experience in sales forecasting, inventory management, end-sales price management, and key account store management is preferred.
