We are seeking a skilled and experienced UX Researcher / Market Research Specialist to join our growing eCommerce team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user experience (UX) research or market research, along with professional proficiency in English and Chinese. Proficiency in German, Spanish, and French is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct user and market research to drive insights and recommendations for improving product offerings and customer experiences.
* Analyze customer behaviors and interactions, identify trends, and provide actionable insights for eCommerce strategy.
* Work closely with product, design, and development teams to ensure research findings are incorporated into the product design and development process.
* Present research findings clearly to internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on insights and strategy.
* Use a variety of research methods (e.g., surveys, interviews, usability tests, etc.) to gather relevant data.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree or higher in Research, Sociology, Psychology, or a relevant field.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in UX research, market research, or related fields.
* Strong proficiency in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
* Proficiency in German, Spanish, or French is a strong advantage.
* Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
* Familiarity with eCommerce platforms and user behavior analytics.
