CRM Manager - Growth & Monetisation - Social discovery app

Location: Fully remote, EU timezone (CET +/- 2hours)
Languages: English is mandatory; French is a plus
Responsibilities:
* Create and maintain dashboards using modern visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc).
* Manage instrumentation strategy & processes in coordination with Product and Engineering to track usage data with tools like Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
* Perform rigorous analysis of large, complex data sets and provide strategic & actionable insights, hypotheses, and conclusions based upon findings.
* Produce reports and define appropriate alerting & monitoring strategies.
* Build, maintain, and optimize data quality across all data sources (product, marketing, etc).
* Manage all relevant data transformations (ETL) to create relevant datasets to serve analysis.
* Proactively suggest relevant data science techniques and methodologies to answer business needs (forecast, predictive analysis, etc.).
* Educate collaborators to become data driven in their day-to-day job.
Required Qualifications:
* 5+ years of proven working experience as a Data Analyst.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Mastery in Analytics visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc.).
* Excellent problem-framing, problem-solving, and project management skills.
* Excellent knowledge of data transformation (ETLs, data flows).
* Experience with predictive analytics, machine learning-based business forecasts (python use as a plus).
