Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Accounts Payable.
* Accounting reports & checks.
* Reconcile accounts payable.
* Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.
* Maintain and control Suppliers Master Data.
* Audit financial transactions and documents.
* Comply with financial policies and regulations.
* Manage investments & assets in ERP.
* Support company reporting.
* Manage indirect purchase process in finance.
* Provide other support to finance team.
Qualifications:
* Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.
* Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.
* Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.
* MS Office advanced user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).
* Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.
* Language skills in English and Spanish.
Minimum Requirements:
* Degree in Accounting or related field. We will also consider candidates from other studies if strong accountancy subjects are included in their educational curriculum.
* 3 years of accounting experience.
