The Role

The successful candidate will take on a leadership role in fundraising mandates, driving execution and investor engagement while advising GPs on capital formation strategy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Fundraising Execution – Lead project management, due diligence, and investor coordination for leading PE and Private Debt managers.
2. Investor Coverage – Build and maintain relationships with institutional LPs, understanding their allocation strategies and investment appetite.
3. Strategic Advisory – Advise GPs on market positioning, fundraising strategy, and investor targeting to maximize capital-raising success.
4. Financial Analysis – Oversee fund modeling, track record analysis, and investor reporting.
5. Origination & Business Development – Identify emerging managers and fundraising opportunities, working closely with senior leadership on strategic initiatives.
Candidate Profile
1. Experience: 6–7 years in private markets advisory, investment banking, placement agent, investor relations, or private equity.
2. Skillset: Strong financial acumen, commercial mindset, and investor engagement capabilities with deep knowledge of fundraising dynamics.
3. Network: Established relationships with European institutional investors are highly valued.
4. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, execution-driven, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-exposure environment.
