Allocate the product and analyse stock levels in the stores in order to achieve targets.
What will the role entail?
1. Making sure to allocate the stock to the stores (initial and replenishment orders for clothes, footwear & POs materials).
2. Stock level and stores capacity analysis.
3. Introduction of initial and replenishment delivery orders in the system and follow up of weekly replenishment of stores.
4. Follow up of initial orders for stores, in order to make sure the delivery flow of new collections planned in the stores is accomplished.
5. Daily communication & management with Retail team (Area managers & Store teams) in relation to deliveries, replenishment needs and possible issues.
6. Management & Coordination of End of Season Returns.
7. Support on the stock transfers between stores.
8. Person of contact from Retail team with Logistics & Operations teams and support to other backoffice departments such as Visual Merchandising or Trade Marketing.

Requirements
What do we expect from you?
12. Degree in Buiness Administration or similar.
13. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
14. Excellent communication skills.
15. Good knowledge of Excel and SAP.
16. Able to multi-task.
17. Excellent eye for detail.
18. Organised, flexible, and able to adapt quickly.
19. English and Spanish fluent, other languages are valuable.
