Your mission, roles and responsibilities
Communication & Employer Branding STRATEGICAL TARGETS:
* Lead internal communication campaigns
* Create Brand Culture
* Development of communication channels: internal and external
* Improve employee experience with Employer Branding and Communication strategy
* Encourage engagement and motivate employees
* Be the ambassador of the company and the brand
* Manage and engage with partners such as universities, schools, administration, etc.
* Boost the "Digital" mindset in the company
Reporting to the Employer Branding & Communication Manager Iberia, the trainee will give support at country level for Portugal. Occasionally, the trainee will be involved in collaborative projects with the team in Spain.
1. Content Creation and Management:
* Support in creating internal content (emails, newsletters, intranet posts) and maintaining content calendars for internal communication.
* Creation of audiovisual content using internal company resources.
2. Internal Communication Channels and Engagement:
* Assist in managing internal communication channels, ensuring consistent messaging aligned with company values and objectives.
* Handle incidences in our internal communication platform with the HR teams
* Support the management of the internal communication platform for Spain and Portugal.
* Monitor the effectiveness of communication campaigns through feedback, surveys, and reports.
3. Collaboration with HR and Departments:
* Support the creation of content to promote the company as a great place to work, including testimonials and success stories.
* Coordinate with HR and other departments to ensure alignment of internal communication with company objectives.
4. Employer Branding and External Communication:
* Assist in managing the Instagram social media account and content creation
* Support the implementation of Employer Brand actions in collaboration with the Talent HUB.
* Support the development and execution of CSR projects and communication plans.
* Assist in organizing internal and external events, such as corporate events, career fairs...
5. Supplier and Ambassador Program Management:
* Assist in managing relationships with suppliers related to the area.
* Support the Ambassador program to foster employee engagement and brand advocacy.
6. Internal Meetings and Presentations:
* Help organize and coordinate internal meetings or presentations.
Your profile and competencies to succeed
Qualifications:
* Degree or Master's in Communication, Journalism or Marketing;
* Digital tools knowledge;
* Marketing tool and strategy knowledge;
* Corporate & external social networks management.
