Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team and drive the sales of NeilMed’s best-in-class Piercing Aftercare products. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with piercing studios and retailers, promoting our products, and achieving sales targets. Experience selling high volume, wholesale luxury beauty items is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Present and promote NeilMed Piercing Aftercare products to clients through phone calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and goals.
Collaborate with the sales- and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies and promotional activities.
Prepare and submit regular sales reports and forecasts.
Available to attend trade shows.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in selling and promoting skincare, haircare and/or other beauty or jewelry products.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Excel and CRM software.
Willingness to travel as required.
Knowledge in conversational English
