Your Mission As a Strategic Finance Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in fueling Nexthink''s growth and ensuring our business scales efficiently. Job Description What You''ll Do: Financial Modeling: Build and refine bottom up financial models to plan, measure, and forecast business performance across regions. Strategic Planning & Analysis: Drive annual planning, long term strategy, rolling forecasts, and variance analyses. You''ll provide the foresight that keeps Nexthink ahead. KPI Mastery: Deliver comprehensive KPI reporting, analyze root causes of trends, and craft insights that matter. Your findings will shape critical leadership meetings and drive action. Special Projects: Lead high impact initiatives and cross functional projects tied to Nexthink''s strategic goals. Business Partnering: Collaborate with department leaders to manage budgets, headcount planning, and strategic initiatives. Provide ad hoc financial insights that guide decision making across the business. Executive Reporting: Support FP&A leadership in preparing monthly and quarterly presentations for the board and shareholders. Ad Hoc Analysis: Tackle evolving challenges and provide analytical support wherever needed. Qualifications What You Bring: 7+ years of FP&A experience within a SaaS company, with exposure to international markets. Proven experience in corporate FP&A or strategic finance, with a deep understanding of SaaS metrics and growth levers. Bachelor''s degree in finance, economics, statistics, or a related field. MBA or advanced certification is a plus. Strong familiarity with financial planning tools and the ability to thrive in data rich environments. A knack for storytelling with numbers you simplify complexity and highlight the story behind the data. Advanced Excel skills and proficiency in manipulating large datasets.
