Amazon is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual with Account Management experience for our fast-growing Taiwan-based third-party Seller development in the Amazon NA region. This role will be responsible for assisting Selling Partners’ existing businesses on multiple Amazon sites, with Amazon US being the primary focus. The Account Manager will own overall account management tasks including driving Amazon feature adoption, motivating selection expansion, identifying growth opportunities, monitoring business performance, and working with Sellers to deliver the best e-commerce experience for customers on Amazon. This personnel will be chartered to develop Seller account management strategies aiming to assist Sellers in business growth acceleration by adopting Amazon best practices including but not limited to logistic & advertising programs.
An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is passionate about Cross Border Ecommerce and motivated to contribute to TW Sellers’ continued development on Amazon.com.
Amazon Global Selling is highly influential by coordinating across Amazon customers, category teams, and third-party Sellers. We are a business development organization; we drive growth for Amazon Sellers through business intelligence, cross-selling efforts, and integrated Account Management. We are successful by focusing on aggressive growth for our Sellers’ business.
Key Job Responsibilities
1. Understand Amazon Global Selling products as well as destination markets’ category landscape to support Taiwan-based Sellers.
2. Develop a thorough understanding of the cross-border e-commerce landscape in assigned marketplaces and build up information about competitive offerings.
3. Manage existing Sellers in TW2NA, TW2EU to accelerate their continued business growth and leverage internal & external resources to help resolve Sellers’ pain points.
4. Equip with in-depth knowledge toward Selling on Amazon along with the features and functionalities that are critical & essential to Sellers’ account health & development.
5. Utilize the right tools to track all pertinent account development and sales movement as well as implement action plans based on metrics insights to guide your work with Sellers and uncover hidden areas of opportunities.
6. Achieve business goals focusing on both input metrics and output results to meet & exceed annual revenue targets and operational statistics.
7. Support additional projects while maintaining the primary book of business.
8. Leverage 1 to many communication tools & techniques to engage sellers.
9. Deliver data-driven business reviews regarding Seller development and state of health for the respective territories with Seller insight & action plans.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 2+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Experience analyzing data and best practices to assess performance drivers.
- Bachelor's degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 3+ years of client or vendor-facing roles with a focus in relationship management and negotiation skills experience.
- Experience aggregating and analyzing internal and external campaign metrics to assess performance drivers and identify insights.
