We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

What does this internship consist of?
Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (DISCOVER) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to be able to develop as professionals of the future.
You will have the opportunity to study a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to DISCOVER the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11-month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background.
The start of the internship will be in early October 2024, and will last 11 months (August disabled for all purposes). It is a full-time experience (40h/week), in which you will receive an attractive study grant.
The activities included in this internship are related to Human Resources Business Partner activities, focusing on:
1. Support HR Team in daily administrative tasks related to payroll, time management, social security, medical services, people wellbeing and development.
2. Support recruitment processes as HRBP.
3. Shopfloor adherence and support from an HR view.
4. Improvement of processes.
5. Onboarding phase for employees in the plant.
The candidate for this position will participate in people management tasks and will participate in innovation and improvement projects. Activities include:
1. Participation in Welcome Day (monthly) for newcomers.
2. Reporting and upskilling of data management.
3. Lean Manufacturing learning (SQCDP).
4. Participation in activities and transversal and international projects.
5. Collaboration with several departments in Airbus.
Your Profile
* Recently graduated/Master students: Studies in human resources, economics, business or related.
* Digital skills (advanced level of MS Office - focus on excel, Advanced Google Suite knowledge...)
* English and Spanish: negotiation level - Ability to work in complex and international environments.
* Willingness to learn SAP and WorkDay.
* Team spirit and great collaboration skills.
* Strong communication skills, proactivity, motivation and flexibility.
