CANDIDATE PROFILE
To drive their growth, the company is looking to hire a Sales Manager within the Sales Department, reporting directly to the CEO.
The ideal candidate should have excellent professional presence, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude toward challenges. It is essential that they are methodical and structured, with the ability to follow processes and achieve objectives efficiently.
* Professional with more than 25 years of total experience, including 6–8 years in management positions.
* Stable career history.
* Ability to build relationships with high-level executives.
* Bilingual or native-level proficiency in English and/or French.
* Higher education qualifications.
* Experience in sales and account development, ideally in consulting or services related to executive training and development.
* Ability to adapt to existing methodologies, with a focus on deepening and executing established processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales:
* Selling executive development services to companies, with an expected annual sales volume of €350,000–€380,000.
Business Development:
* Identifying new commercial opportunities through market research, trend analysis, and active prospecting to add strategic clients to the portfolio.
Client Management:
* Building strong relationships with identified clients, ensuring continuous follow-up to maximize account potential and guarantee long-term satisfaction.
Commercial Strategy:
* Developing strong relationships with high-level executives and positioning services as strategic solutions for soft skills development. Planning and executing sales visits, including short stays (1–2 nights) as required by the project.
