The ideal candidate
Graduated from a Hospitality Management studies or related
Hands-on mentality and passion for the operations
Used to doing events, promotional activities, and brand awareness
Experience managing teams
Acting as an ambassador for the brand
Used to hiring and training the team
Experience in pre-openings
Multi-site fine dining experience
Knowledge of the Spanish market
Fluent in English, Spanish and Catalan
