Requirements
As a Senior Strategist, you will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and optimizing end-to-end brand and communication strategies.
You will collaborate closely with account, creative, and social operations teams to provide strategic guidance and ensure seamless execution of impactful marketing campaigns.
Strategic Planning & Insights Develop and implement data-driven brand and communication strategies aligned with business goals.
Conduct cultural and trend analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Translate complex market research, audience insights, and data analytics into actionable strategies.
Define the best channels and media mix for each campaign based on category, audience, and business objectives.
Work closely with creative, social, and media teams to bring innovative strategies to life.
Support the development of creative concepts, ensuring they are culturally relevant and aligned with brand goals.
Present strategic recommendations to clients, ensuring clarity and impact.
Optimize strategies based on performance data, making iterative improvements.
Performance Analysis & Optimization Analyze campaign results to measure impact and effectiveness.
Identify areas of improvement and innovation for future campaigns.
Develop structured strategic presentations with strong narratives and insights.
Skills & Experience Must-Have Skills
5+ years of experience in strategy roles within creative agencies or marketing consultancies.
Strong analytical mindset:
ability to convert data into business and creative insights.
Experience in international brand strategies and cross-market activations.
Excellent ability to build strategic decks and craft compelling narratives.
In-depth understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and digital ecosystems.
Advanced English and Spanish (written and spoken).
Highly independent, proactive, and adaptable.
