B2B Manager Ireland, USA, and Latam
We are Viajes Camino de Santiago, the top-rated agency for walking the Camino de Santiago. We have an opening in our commercial department and are on the lookout for a National B2B Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market analysis in Ireland, USA, and Latam
2. Identify and segment B2B clients in the travel sector
3. Build strong relationships with wholesale travel agencies, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions
4. Develop strategic sales plans adapted to the cultural characteristics of each market
5. Implement marketing campaigns
6. Manage email marketing campaigns through ActiveCampaign
7. Handle relationship management and contract negotiations
8. Prepare sales and performance reports (progress tables, charts, data visualization)
9. Evaluate the ROI of implemented sales campaigns and strategies
10. Collaborate with other departments
11. Share best practices with colleagues
Requirements:
Minimum qualifications:
1. Over 5 years of exclusive experience in the B2B sector within the travel industry, especially with wholesale travel agencies (Despegar, Bestday, Avantrip, Allseasons, Mundomex, Juliatours, Travelviajesgroup, etc.)
2. In-depth knowledge of the travel market in Ireland, USA, and Latam
3. Background in sales, marketing, tourism management, or international business
4. A strong network of commercial contacts (preferably wholesale)
5. Proficiency in CRM ActiveCampaign and advanced email marketing
6. Advanced Excel skills
7. Proficiency in English at C2 level (written and spoken)
8. Proficient in prospecting tools (phone, email, LinkedIn)
Preferred qualifications:
1. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in multicultural contexts
2. Experience in selling religious travel (preferably to Santiago de Compostela)
3. Ability to work in a multicultural and multilingual environment
4. Legal and regulatory understanding of tourism and commercial relations in international markets
5. Experience in digital marketing within the travel context
6. Demonstrable tangible and significant results in similar positions
7. Knowledge of additional languages (besides English and Spanish) is a plus
