As the Country Lead for Spain and France (m/f/d), you will lead the sales team of Otovo in these 2 markets into the next stage of evolution. As a data-driven decision-maker, you will lead your team based on relevant KPIs and generated insights. Preparing the sales team for the next scaling phase will focus on standardizing and optimizing the sales process. In this key role, you will be part of the management team for Spain and France, playing a crucial role in shaping Otovo's growth trajectory in these markets.
You will motivate your sales team to achieve ambitious sales goals and drive growth in Spain and France. You will make data-driven decisions and establish a data-driven decision-making culture within your sales team. Based on insights from other markets, you will standardize the sales process for your markets to enable sustainable scaling of the sales team. You will work closely with the operations team and account management to optimize the customer journey even after a solar system sale. You will liaise with third-party parties or suppliers to ensure business continuity.

What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience in sales and business unit management;
Ideally, experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
Proven success in building and developing sales teams.
Strong leadership skills and a commitment to 'Leading by Example.'
Courage to challenge the status quo and find unconventional solutions.
An analytical and data-driven approach to problem-solving.
Continuous improvement and optimization of processes through process-oriented thinking.
Fluent speaking and writing level of French and Spanish and strong knowledge of English.
