In this role, you will be interacting with high-level clients of one of Europe's leading digital banks, providing savings advice and introducing innovative banking products designed to offer high returns.
Position Overview:
You will be responsible for providing customer service through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and chat channels, delivering top-notch service and information about cutting-edge digital banking products specifically for the German market.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide customer support on banking-related issues such as account opening, password recovery, transfers, and more.
* Manage back-office tasks including responding to emails and WhatsApp messages.
* Promote and offer innovative banking products to clients.
* Ensure transparency in providing information about investment products, including their purpose, features, risks, and client protection regulations (both internal and external).
* Report and track any system anomalies or issues that arise.
* Adhere to quality standards and meet sales objectives established by the organization.
Requirements:
* Preferred qualifications in Business Administration, Mathematics, or Law.
* Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
* EU ID or Spanish residence card.
* Must live in Madrid.
* German: C1 level.
* Strong customer focus, empathy, and active listening skills.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Analytical thinking and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new information.
* Strong commercial skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
* Problem-solving capabilities.

* Experience in banking is an asset but not mandatory.
Additional Information:
* Full-time position: 38.5 hours per week, Monday to Sunday (2 days off per week, and 2 weekends off per month). Working hours: 2:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.
