As a Sales Support Specialist, you will support the Sales organization to facilitate the achievement of business objectives. You may participate in global initiatives that involve supported tools like CPQ, CRM, Sales related Mendix tools, Spotfire reporting, and other supported business tools.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Engaging with sales management to guide continuous sales channel improvement utilizing existing and new business tools
* Participate in WW projects to ensure that project deliverables meet business requirements for regions such as AFO/EMEAI/APAC
* Support complex issues for CPQ, Reporting, and Sales tools
* User training for supported business tools and reporting
* Partnering with the Business Analytics leads to provide accurate and timely reporting
* Partnering with other team members, IT, and global operations to drive process continuity across business channels
* Work on business system/process assignments with broadly defined objectives and solve issues, challenges, and problems within the system/process of specialization
Qualifications
* Bachelor's Degree plus a minimum of 5 years relevant experience
* Demonstrated experience with Agilent sales tools including SAP CRM/SFDC, SAP ECC, Mendix tools, and Quoting tools. Knowledge of automation tools like RPA would be an advantage.
* Ability to collaborate equally effectively through all hierarchical levels.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and solve problems.
* Demonstrated knowledge and experience of Business Intelligence tools.
* Ability to support the development and deployment of tools needed for business growth
* Ability to utilize Excel or other tools to generate custom reporting/analytics
* Fluent in English. Spanish is an advantage.
